Join Us

Whether you are looking for a new church home or just visiting for the weekend, we are glad you are considering First Presbyterian East Hampton. Every Sunday we praise God through heart-felt worship and biblical teaching. Here, you will find everyday people who love Jesus and want to serve their community.

What to Expect

What should I wear?

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Some of us wear jeans and shorts. Others of us wear dresses and suits. We care more about meeting you than what you wear.

Where do I park?

Parking is available on Main Street, David's Lane, and limited parking on the church grounds.  On Sunday mornings, a traffic control officer is located in front of the church to help with traffic and pedestrians crossing Main Street.   The entrance to the church grounds is one-way from Main Street, with an exit onto David's Lane.

What do I do when I arrive?

Feel free to say hello to our greeters, meet our pastor, or find a seat in the sanctuary.

What about my kids?

We love having children in our service. Worship activity bags are available at the entrance of the sanctuary. For those who want childcare, we offer supervised lessons and activities for children pre-k through grade 5. Infants and toddlers are welcome to use the nursery located behind the balcony of the sanctuary.

What will worship be like?

During worship we sing hymns, read scripture, listen to a sermon, take communion together, and occasionally celebrate baptisms. You don’t have to be a lifelong presbyterian to feel comfortable here - we love welcoming newcomers. You can listen to recent sermons or watch worship from previous weeks.
